Where It All Began
It started in 2012, when vaping was still finding its feet in the UK. What caught our attention wasn't just a new product — it was a genuine opportunity to help people find a smarter, better alternative to smoking. We got stuck in early, learning the industry inside out, from devices and e-liquid to the regulations, the brands, and most importantly, the customers.
Over the years we built up serious knowledge, strong supplier relationships, and a real understanding of what vapers actually need — whether they're making the switch from cigarettes for the first time, or they've been vaping for years and know exactly what they want.
The Rebrand — Hello, Vapourly
After more than a decade in the industry, we decided it was time to build something fresh — a proper consumer destination that puts the customer experience first. So Vapourly was born.
We took everything we'd learned, all the supplier trust, all the product knowledge, and all the passion we have for this industry, and channelled it into a brand new B2C platform designed to make shopping for vaping products simple, enjoyable, and reliable. A real one-stop shop, built the right way, from the ground up.
The Journey So Far
We entered the vaping industry, building supplier relationships and deep product expertise as the market was just beginning to take off in the UK.
Over 12 years immersed in the industry — watching it evolve through regulation changes, the rise of pod kits, the explosion of e-liquid brands, and the eventual ban on disposables. We navigated it all.
