ⓘ Royal Mail Tracked 24 aims for next-working-day delivery. While the vast majority of parcels arrive on time, delivery is not guaranteed and may occasionally be subject to Royal Mail delays outside of our control.
How much does delivery cost?
Delivery is completely free on all orders over £20. For orders under £20, a flat delivery charge of £2.99 applies. There are no other charges — the price you see at checkout is the price you pay.
What delivery service do you use?
We use Royal Mail Tracked 24 for all UK orders. This is a fully tracked next-working-day service. Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your parcel every step of the way at royalmail.com.
What is the order cut-off time?
Orders placed before 4:00pm Monday to Friday will be dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 4pm on a weekday will be dispatched on the next working day.
Do you dispatch at weekends?
No — we do not dispatch on Saturdays or Sundays. Any orders placed over the weekend (Friday after 4pm through to Sunday) will be picked, packed, and dispatched on the following Monday morning, with delivery expected on Tuesday.
Do you ship outside the UK?
No — we ship to UK addresses only. We are not currently able to fulfil orders to international destinations, including EU countries, the USA, or anywhere outside of the United Kingdom.
My order hasn't arrived — what should I do?
Royal Mail Tracked 24 delivers the overwhelming majority of parcels next working day. If your parcel hasn't arrived within 3 working days of your dispatch confirmation, please get in touch with us and we'll investigate straight away.
Can I change my delivery address after ordering?
If your order hasn't yet been dispatched, contact us as quickly as possible and we'll do our best to update the address before it leaves. Once a parcel has been handed to Royal Mail, we are unfortunately unable to redirect it.
What if I'm not home when Royal Mail attempt delivery?
Royal Mail will leave a notification card and either reattempt delivery or return the parcel to your local delivery office for collection. You may also be able to rearrange delivery via the Royal Mail website using your tracking number.
